Anneke Wilbrink is a Dutch painter based in the Netherlands. She graduated from the Frank Mohr Institute in Groningen in 2002 and has received numerous awards, including the Prix de Rome for drawing in 2004 and the Royal Dutch Award for Painting in 2006.

Her paintings feature layered compositions of colour, line and structure, often depicting landscapes and urban environments. At their core, her works explore the act of painting itself. Wilbrink has exhibited extensively across Europe, including in London, The Hague and Düsseldorf. Wilbrink is also having a major retrospective this year in the Netherlands.
