A solo exhibition of new work by Duda
Opening Thursday 7th December | 6-8.30pm
Show sponsored by Peroni
After a successful year exhibiting all over the world, including a 5,000 square foot mural in the new World Trade Centre, New York, Irish-Italian artist, David Uda (Duda), has returned home to Dublin to launch his most recent body of work. The exhibition opens on Thursday 7th December, with music on the night by DJ Mark Alton and drinks sponsored by Italian brewery Peroni.
While Duda draws a significant amount of his inspiration from the female form, many of his themes reflect his personal take on modern day life. Duda spent a lot of time travelling throughout North and South America this year, drawing inspiration from various cultures, which is evident in this most recent body of work. Speaking on the upcoming exhibition, Sol Director, Martin Davis, said; “Duda is going from strength to strength. Whether it’s in the prestigious gallery in the new World Trade Centre in New York or at an international art fair with Sol Art in Chicago or Hong Kong, people recognize the original response to life in Duda’s work, and go away feeling animated and energized by his vibrant creations.”
The exhibition will run until December 16th 2017.
